By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

  • Profile & Social Data: You may set a display name, bio, and avatar. This information is used as a part of your profile within the App.

  • Trip and Preference Data: To generate personalized itineraries, we collect details regarding your travel plans, including destinations, dates, budget range, dietary preferences, and interests.

  • Payment Information: If you make a purchase, this information is processed by third-party payment processors (Apple App Store or Google Play). The third-party payment processors will handle your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not have access to your full payment card information.

  • Device and Usage Data: We collect information about your device (model, OS version, IP address) and your activity (screens viewed, navigation paths, access times). We use analytics SDKs (such as Firebase) to collect and analyze this data.

  • Approximate Location: We do not collect precise GPS location for tracking. We may derive approximate location (Country/City level) from your IP address or profile settings to display relevant content.

  • Cookies (Site Only): We use only essential technical cookies on our informational website to ensure it functions securely.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App (specifically to generate and structure your itineraries);

  • Personalize your experience (e.g., by remembering your list of visited countries);

  • Process transactions and manage your subscription status;

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage: The App utilizes AI to generate travel content.

  • Data Usage: Non-sensitive user inputs regarding trip preferences (destination, budget, interests) are processed by third-party AI models to generate the itinerary.

  • Protection: These providers process data strictly under our instructions.

  • Disclaimer: AI-generated content is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of dates, prices, or availability.

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION We disclose information only in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, specifically AI & LLM technology providers, map & navigation services, cloud hosting & infrastructure, analytics services, and subscription & revenue management tools.

  • User-Directed Sharing: If you share a trip via QR code, a copy of that trip's data (including structure and locations) is made available to the scanning user.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and user safety.

4. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS Because we utilize global cloud infrastructure, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information during such transfers.

5. DATA SECURITY We take reasonable administrative and technical measures (including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit) to protect your personal data from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Google Maps, restaurant websites, or booking platforms).
